Pin the tail on the donkey

I'm going to come right out and say it, despite everyone in the world disagreeing with me - I think it is a shame that Clinton lost the nominee election.

I'm not going to go into all the politics, because I don't really pay attention to all that, most of the time they end up saying similar things anyway. It's a pity that the historic 'first black nominee' came up against the historic 'first woman nominee'. Both worthy stances to make, and yet splitting the vote between them. I think it is a shame Clinton is gone because she was a woman (and woman are still considered lesser, no matter how enlightened we think we are), and had a better chance of beating McCain that O'Bama ever will. It's sad to say thay middle class middle america, who form the majority of voters, are more likely to vote for a woman than a black guy. And doesn't the US need a democratic president more than anything else right now? Clinton was as close to being a republican without being one, and hasn't UK politics shown that is they way to win?

Although I am posting about this, I have decided to not care so much. At the end of the day America has made its own bed and will have to lie in it, and it won't affect my life so much. I think now it will have a funny looking elephant on the covers.

Elections

I'm so happy that Labour got a gubbing and Boris got in.

We can but hope that the trend continues to the next General. I'm not a major conservative supporter, I just want Labour out. I think it is hilarious that they were so against the establishment, and now that's what they are.

Do something useful before you go, get us out of Iraq.
